I love the little fuzzies on the back of their neck. I'm less fond of the little stingers on the end of their butts. Grins* Bloggy. Keep your eye to yourself. LMAO
The only verse with which I am familiar is the first. The scope of your knowledge never ceases to amaze and entertain -- and I mean that sincerely (lest you think that I was being sarcastic)
funny you should mention the bumblebee song! Twin A wanted me to actually sing a song the other night--he was rather upset at my choice. Just because bees are little doesn't mean we should squish them or wipe them on our pants!

*cringes thinking of mowing the lawn in that one certain section where these "harmless wood bees" always seem to go to each year*

This is the one I thought of at the time, but went in a different direction on the post:
Birds do it, BEES do it
Even educated fleas do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love
In Spain, the best upper sets do it
Lithuanians and Letts do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love
The Dutch in old Amsterdam do it
Not to mention the Fins
Folks in Siam do it - think of Siamese twins
Some Argentines, without means, do it
People say in Boston even beans do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love
Romantic sponges, they say, do it
Oysters down in oyster bay do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love
Cold Cape Cod clams, 'gainst their wish, do it
Even lazy jellyfish, do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love
Electric eels I might add do it
Though it shocks em I know
Why ask if shad do it - Waiter bring me
"shad roe"
In shallow shoals English soles do it
Goldfish in the privacy of bowls do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

There's a song for every occasion and I remember approximately 5-6 words from ALL of them, but never ALL the words to any of them.
Thank you Swampy!
(and thank you to the amazing Joan Jett for that kickin' version that came to mind!!)
*singing you out, with volume*
I love rock n roll
