Senior Moment

While I'm being all blogger-blocked and all, I might as well relate to you my most current senior-moment induced frustration. Somewhere, in the infinity that is the 'net, there is a recipe that I desperately want to find. It's out there -- I saw it with my own eyes and was certain that I could pop right back to it when I was ready to make it. FAIL!!! The amount of time I have spent trying to find this particular recipe is shameful...despite searching back through recently-read blogs and even Googling the parts of the recipe that I remember, I can't find the damn thing. AARRGGHH!!!

So, if you happen to be the person with the cranberry conserve recipe that features cranberries, oranges, pineapple, and apricots, please put me out of my misery and tell me where the recipe is hiding.

Try searching your history in your browser. Good luck and I know all about those senior moments even at 53.

Randy,
Sadly, I was not on this particular computer when I found the recipe originally. Such is life :)

Swampy- Even I tried to find it on the internet for you. Sure you didn't read it in one of your favorite blogs?

Maineiac,
You are my hero! That's the recipe -- that's not the site I saw it on, but that's the recipe. Thank you, thank you!
Oh, and did you see that Jason of the blog xenogere was in Aransas recently? You can click the link in my side bar to get to his blog.

Swampy-Delighted to be of service. Recipe looked interesting. Maybe while I'm cooking for the CBC I'll whip up a batch. Spent the morning enjoying nature with the Friends of Aransas Nature Photography Club. One of the founders loaned me a camera since mine is on the fritz. Had a 8-10 point buck, wood duck and a great kiskadee. You and Treebeard should really consider visiting this year. Merry Christmas to you, Treebeard and the boys! Not to mention the cats. Will SIL and Mexican Freetail Bat Dog be visiting? Maineiac

Maineiac,
Hope your CBC was productive. If you could move Texas just a little closer, we'd come for a visit ;) We probably won't do too much long distance traveling this winter because of dear old Hannah. She can't take being outside all the time and it's really hard to find someone willing to take care of such a geriatric dog -- I think everyone is afraid she'll die while we're gone.
No big plans for Christmas. We did the family thing over Thanksgiving.

LOL! I've been there. Well, still am there actually. Looked it up once, thought it wasn't too hard to find the first time and certainly I'll find it the second time.

Well, um, still looking...
