What Do You See?

Me...I see Cookie Monster's country cousin. Too much Sesame Street when my kids were little, perhaps?

Me too. Longtime muppet fan here.

Make that three. More like Guy Smiley to me, though (he was the guy who always hosted the muppet's gameshows. I think he was a news person too. But he looked JUST like that...)

Yup. Guy Smiley. Thanks for the chuckle!

Guy Smiley...check out uTube selection of old Guy doing "Air".
Daughter #1 and Son-in-law #1 have a huge Muppet collection and a framed poster of Jim Henson in their computer room. (they are in their mid-30s and have been fans since childhood).

This definitely gave me a chuckle. I'm totally a SS fan. I can't wait to watch it with Weston when he gets a little older.

FC,
The muppets do sort of get into your brain and change the way you look at things ;)

Jen,
I had forgotten about good ole Guy! You're right - the little swamp monster does look a lot like him.

Woodswalker,
You're welcome. And thank you for the beautiful flowers you have been posting -- I still can't leave a comment on your site, but I visit regularly!

Caroline,
My kids are in their mid-20s and watched Sesame Street just about everyday when they were small. They laugh at me because I still go around singing Ladybug Picnic, Little Rebel L, and C is for Cookie!

Lynne,
You're welcome! It made me smile, too.

Tom,
You and Weston have a lot to look forward to -- but beware, Sesame Street is notorious for creating earworms that stay with you for a looooonnnnngggg time (see my reply to Caroline).

Pablo,
It is a dried leaf with a couple of spot galls of some sort.

woverman,
Yes! Cookie, cookie, cookie start with C!!
