Not hardly! Click on the picture to enlarge it and check out those nasty nutria incisors. We saw nine of these invasive mammals out on the millpond today - ick.
If you want to keep your millpond, you will probably need to address this issue....they've spent millions of dollars eradicating them from two counties in Maryland...they're still paying bounties on them.
swamp thing, Oh how well we know the damage these rodents can cause. Since they are on a state park there will have to be a management plan in place before anything can be done about them...
