No time to write this morning, but I did want to share a few photos with you. This is a Pandorus Sphinx, Eumorpha pandorus, all decked out in my favorite color.
Here's my photo ... I just figured out how to cross link Blogger info .. its amazing how integrated everything has become. BTW, I also had a change of seasons posts, a few of them actually ... people forget that Florida has seasons! Take Care, Bob
Bob, Glad you stopped by. I checked out your blog - you have posted some very interesting information and I enjoyed your photos.
Susan, It is a pretty moth. I enjoy having it sit on my finger as it warmed up its flight muscles :) The bat trees are always interesting - you just have to look around before you climb inside!

WOW! He's gorgeous.
Is this where the Army learned about camouflage?
lynne,
It's one of my favorite moths - they are really pretty when they fly.

You have a very nice blog. I too am a Florida blogger ... and I've added your blog to my page. I'd love to talk.

A beautiful creature! The fuzz makes it look friendly.
I liked your "bats in trees" post. I would enjoy doing that, as long as I had a quick exit plan.
