Burt's Bees Poison Ivy soap - works every time and is from Durham North Carolina. Loved the photos - even the poison ivy which manages to get me every spring despite the festive red color! Thanks for the pick-me-up!
Hello. I just wanted to say how absolutly fantastic your pictures are. The bugs/critters you find are incredible, as well as the nature vistas. I was sent here from my dad's blog (Anvilcloud) and had to go through all of your archives to look at all the pictures you have taken. I have no insiteful comments for you, just wanted to share my appreciation of your pictures with you.
I once toyed with the idea of being an entomologist (sp), but I had to give up that future career for in the end it wasn't for me. But regardless I love bugs and have the utmost respect for them :) Thankyou for sharing your pictures with us.

One of (the man) nicknames I've called my son for years is:
Pal of Mine (Lotion)
Yes, sometimes I add lotion to his nickname. :) I love my Sweet Little Apple Pie!

Haven't noticed any new growth here yet, but after all this rain I'm almost afraid to look!
The edges of our lot are just STOOPID with T. radicans. Before I knew better, I really got into the stuff, too. Three weeks of misery ensued.
I have to admit, though, I learned a lot about the plant from the experience.
