A More Accurate Representation

The picture of the pond in the previous post may have misled you. We did not get any appreciable snowfall as is evidenced by the photo above.

Temperatures rose into the mid-40s yesterday and are expected to flirt with 50 today. I just finished a 10-day shift, so today is my Saturday -- I feel a hike in my future ;)

Oh, take a breath, that was a long stretch! A jaunt outdoors would be most refreshing and restoring. Love your new tree frog! ~karen

kaholly,
It was a long stretch, but now I get four days off :)
I saw the tree frog on Living Alongside Wildlife (http://davidasteen.blogspot.com/) and liked it so much I added it to my sidebar. Looks like I need to tweak the size though...my frog keeps walking off the screen!

Well, he really is precious. I can't help but feed him whenever I'm on your site. It's almost as if he's real!

LOL, Love the frog, that is neat. Ten days without a break! Heaven forbid! I would want at least a week off after all that!

Kenneth,
He is a cute little fellow, isn't he? Ten on can be a trial, but four off is nice!
